Open stickers panel and Open theme panel shortcuts are misconfigured in Mac

According to the shortcuts list:

• “Stickers panel” should be opened with “Cmd + Opt + s” shortcut, but it’s opened with “Cmd + Opt + e” shortcut instead

• “Theme panel” should be opened with “Cmd + Opt + e”, but this shortcut opens the “Stickers panel” instead

• “Cmd + Opt + s” shortcut does nothing but it should open the “Theme panel”
